Solar Energy World

Your reply letter to my initial review is so very very, very long and so very very very wrong.

1) The governor’’s office indicated that you have inappropriately conducted business when it comes to their solar initiative.

2) The company that MAKES the solar panels you installed spent an hour with me. They did a satellite viewing of what you put installed. They definitively said that there is no way these panels would cover even a third of my electricity needs.

3) My electricity bill has skyrocketed and, As a senior citizen, I will now need to seek assistance with the payment of this bill. But it’s not right that the government cover your misconduct.

4) Don’t ever say ‘thank you’ to an Italian that is really, really irritated with you because of your lack of integrity. That is an insult of the highest order.

5) Yes, I am a senior citizen and, like so many of us, I was taken advantage of by Solar Energy World.

6) I have a PhD and prior to my retirement this past year was a graduate school professor. There was nothing I misunderstood about our discussions. You just lied..🤥

7) The number seven symbolizes spiritual growth and this is perfect for you. Take responsibility. Pay off my past electric bill of $1700, refund the money you have already taken from me.

8) Eight is a number that symbolizes new beginnings. If you follow through with #7, I will be able to do #8; which will be to get a more reputable company to provide me with solar energy. I am committed to Solar because it will save our planet for more and more pollution.

Finally, all of the above restitution will occur through litigation, but wouldn’t it be nice if you didn’t have to put me through yet another hardship.

I was introduced to Solar energy for my home by rep Patricia Richards. She was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the process well. I was not able to sign up for the installation but have been doing follow-up with Mrs Richards and have made some successful referrals. I highly recommend the company and Patricia Richards, she is personable and professional . Ask for Patricia she will get the job done satisfaction guaranteed!

Dodged a bullet. The salesman was really nice and sold me. The company was supposed to come today to inspect my roof to see if they can proceed but they never gave me a time. I tried to contact the salesman for an update and no answer. Seemed weird so I did some digging online and found a lot of horrible reviews. Glad they did not show up.

Martha from Posigen explained me and guided me in the process of getting solar in my house, and after speaking with 6 companies, Posigen is the best option. There is no credit requirements, no money out of pocket, and no income verification. Additionally to that, they do an audit to save you Money for the Gas bill and electric bill, and I got improvements done in my house. I can't be happier with everything. I will highly recommend them.

When presented I was great experience, but after the OK from customers no one answer you or give you a heads up! The installation did not pass the inspection because the assembly need to be reassembled ITS A FIRE HAZARD AND I HAVE IT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!!!! No follow up no answers and no care, I have all the materials on my roof and no one care if any fire happened because of that it will be your responsibility for sure, all of this and we did not start yet! I don’t know what to expect from you guys anymore.

I was reffered to Posigen by a friend. Patricia Richards was the agent that worked
