Jacob, Buu, and Nicholas they were excellent guys. I recommend them to anybody anywhere anytime. I was really so glad to see young men working so diligently and caring about their work.
These guys were perfect. I never thought they were going to be as professional and as meticulous as they were, but they really surprised me. I’d recommend them to anybody anywhere. I felt comfortable with them in my home and I never saw them before. They found leaks that I never thought were even there. I really feel a whole lot better about my home being Entergy efficient now.

I’m incredibly disappointed in the way PosiGen has handled my situation. The company admitted fault for a roof leak caused during their installation, yet after more than a year, the issue remains unresolved—leading to damage and ongoing frustration.

To make matters worse, my solar panels have been underperforming for over five years. This has led to increased electric bills—costs I should not have been responsible for. Despite reaching out several times, I’ve been passed from one person to another with no real resolution.

As a senior on a fixed income, I trusted PosiGen to help reduce my energy expenses—not increase them. Instead, I’ve been left with a leaky roof, high utility bills, and no clear answers. It’s disheartening to feel neglected after years of being a customer.

I hope this review encourages the company to do right by long-standing customers who are simply asking for what was promised.

The PosiGen team Crawford's AC/Heat did a great job installing our attic insulation to prepare for solar panel installation. Brandon was very efficient in letting us know what to expect during and after the process. He and his team Jacob, Buu, Nick and Sami were very polite, and went the extra mile to move some personal belongings out of the way before doing the job, they also cleaned up very well. Mr. Jason PosiGen inspector also came to insure project was on task. These guys exhibited great teamwork working together. We thank you for the excellent service!

Elvin with PosiGen is very professional and explained how the solar lease works and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to my new Solar Panels with PosiGen as I currently own Solar with another company which has not been helpful or reliable when it comes to repairing or fixing problems. PosiGen is a great company that stands on their word and has great customer service.
