I have worked with this family owned and operated group and couldn't be happier with their customer service. They know your name and they work with you if something comes up. They notified me of a leak on our side and we got it repaired last summer. The previous owner did not attend to the leak and we would have wasted money for no reason.

Yeah the water has scale in it because it's AZ water. I have lived all over the state and the only time I never had hard water was if it came from a bottle. I'm very happy with the taste and quality of the water.

I'm very surprised the water we are supplied with is rated as "public water supply" quality. It's not chlorinated. Its not even filtered properly. Have you ever looked at a container of freshly drawn water from this supplier? There are all kinds of particulates and foreign debris. Plus the scale it leaves behind is horrible.
