Pnm can't keep the power on for shit. Frequent outages with sometimes double digit wait times. In 80 degree weather with no ac because they can't or are too cheap to figure their shit out.

I went through great lengths to make sure disconnecting my account was smooth just for them to still charge me the autopay I had already confirmed cancellation on & now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund! Very bad customer service & poor delivery on doing what you say you’re going to do for customers it’s like nobody communicates or does anything they say

Two days without electricity because of snow, in the CITY! We lost all of our food in the refrigerator and freezer and had to stay in a hotel for one night. When we lived in the mountains 15 miles outside of Las Vegas, NM the local electric cooperative would have the power back on in hours after 2 feet of snow and ice! Shameful…

It’s going on over 13 hours that we have not had power in Corralles and PNM website says they’re no estimated restore time. You people charge us up the ass for electricity but your systems cannot even handle the first small snowfall of the season in Albuquerque. It’s pathetic and ridiculous. I’m freezing in my home. PNM, do better.

This is one of the most expensive companies and their service is garbage customer service is trash and they'll take a day to fix any problem. I pray for the day every single day that someone comes and takes over this company but I won't hold my breath everyone needs to switch to solar in New Mexico to put these people out of business

This is an update to my last post; after finally getting crew out , 16 hours after my complaint for no electricity I met a person on the street and attempted to explain our hoods problem and where it originated he acted as if I was rude and he could get in his truck and leave. RUDE , person. I know what creates problems. In my hood. PNM does nothing to correct problems. Tree hitting power lines, trip breaker on transformer. They have a fiberglass extension pole used to reset breaker. Less than 30 minutes to do. So if you get PNM to trim YOUR trees you must live in a ritzy hood. We get rude PNM personal on the phone, crews, CS. Very few nice persons. Next time they want a rate increase show up and protest. I could go on but I have other things that need my attention
