No kind of empathy or comapssion at PNM. Families start new lives and careers with them, but they just care about your money. Moving to a new place was difficult, as most know, and missing your first utility bill is common. It's also common when you're moving out, as the last bill may not get to your next address for months later. It doesn't help that PNM sent me NO emails or phone calls that I had an outstanding bill. I paid it as soon as I finally got the bill at my new address, but because it was late, as well as my first bill, they gave me a poor credit rating despite never having another late bill besides the two. Now I have to fork out $550 for a deposit with the new electric company. Sad when electric companies have monopolies over certain areas. I hope I never have to work with PNM again. I'd rather install solar panels.

Just spent a few minutes doing a transfer of my utilities after a renter moved out. It was so easy with a very short waiting time. They were very fast and helpful. Thank you PNM for great service and making it so easy.

This company can't get the payment system at Albertsons straight and with all the new vehicles sitting around on side roads you would think they could pay someone to run the office just like otero does.

The worst electric company i have ever dealt with. On the phone with time for four days because they were charging a 350 dollar deposit. Then they lied about waiving the fee and telling us we can't get service because our landlord dents own the place. Finally played the deposit and now the have no openings for another two days to get it turned on.. This is the worst company around!!!

We were experiencing what could have been a major issue at 8:15 PM. Attempted to contact PNM but was placed on the voice mail merry go round. Said our wait could be 10 minutes. Waited 15 minutes, no answer. Tried to go live chat but it closes at 6:00 pm. The whole house or the forest could have burned down. Why can't someone be available 24 hours for emergencies Can you give someone less than one (1) star?

People in today's world just want something to complain about Ruidoso New Mexico's pnm crew is amazing and they saved our town people always point the finger and want somebody to blame for power outages and other small things but they need to be thankful for having power. Purchase solar lights when you have power outages it's very helpful Ruidoso New Mexico's pnm crew is wonderful thank you for all that you do for our community
