All in all I had a pretty good experience here with the minor exception of a very vindictive yard dog driver. So as you can see this is how he Parks the trailer when you park off to the side to finish a unloading procedure on your truck all in all I didn't have any complaints what's unloaded very fast very courteous people however I find your dog operator very questionable in his ethics about parking trailer and dropping it in front of a tractor and trailer in case of emergency the driver cannot leave in case of an emergency I hope he enjoys the good laugh so drivers beware watch the yard dog driver if you get in his way he will park in front of you to get even apparently his job is more emotional than it is occupational

I had a 8:30 appointment they took me in about 7:30 unloaded me in about 30 minutes and I was out of there fast and friendly staff. There is a gate for them to open for you to get in so what I did was parked on the side walk to the gate and they told me to come on in and gave me the door if you get there early there is a place to the right of the gate where you can park

I deliver to PLM frequently usually doesn't matter if your on tlme or late. They generally make you wait outside the gate and call you when they have an open door. Sometimes slow to unload but Everyone is usually friendly except for the yard dog. He is always yelling at folks and honking his horn. I understand there is a bit of a language barrier but this guy is always in a bad mood and has no patience and zero people skills. He acts like he owns the lot and you better obey and respect him.

A little dumpy, but friendly and quick to loads , not all employees can speak English tho.not hard to find right off I 44. Shut off time is 2:30pm, but they will work with u if u call ahead.
