I booked an appointment 3 weeks before hand and today I get a call telling me that the doctor will no longer be in on the day I booked. I took days off from work, booked a flight (I live in North Carolina), booked a hotel all for nothing! Money wasted. Very unprofessional stay away from this place.

I’ve been there a couple of times and it was great since the receptionist to the massage girls. The place looks beautiful, clean and smells awesome. They offer many options for improving your health and lose weight. Definitely I would recommend to all my friends and family.

Extremely special place. From the moment I drove by them after leaving the Aldi's which connects to the same plaza, I knew I should turn back around and get their info. I did just that and called them later that day to schedule an appointment. I'm so glad I did. Since first walking in their doors I have always felt that I was in a warm and welcoming place. They have continued to make me feel like family and taken GREAT care of me, both mentally and physically. I am not only in love with the services I'm receiving (sauna blanket, IV cocktail, massages, etc), but also the owner, Juliana and her wonderful staff are true gems. All of them make you feel amazing which is exactly what you want and need when you seek out a place like this. I feel it worth noting that the majority of the staff are Brazilian, and are bilingual. It has been a pleasure to be in their care and under their treatment. A highlight has been my Venus treatments with Mel. She's a pro! I look forward to my visits to Plenus each week!
