The team at Cool Earth Solar is fantastic! From quoting, installation and through commissioning, everyone was professional and punctual in all forms of communication and on-site work. The project management throughout the entire process was smooth, with the team at Cool Earth happy to answer any questions, work around schedules and work with the utility to make sure that the system was ready for use within days of installation being finished. Got my home solar system from this company. The whole execution was very smooth. They delivered clean and neat installation work, showed up in time and delivered all as promised and in time. Also great support from Rebekah who kept me up-to-date where in the total process we were. Inspection went smooth and people turning the system on were very helpful in explaining the whole system. Where to start. Had a solar system setup and the whole process was really great from the design, (no pressure on upselling and easily provided a couple options), installation, and final approval (everything cleared with the first inspection). The team was clear on what I needed to do or not need to do along with ease of getting support for any questions I had along the way. These are some benefits of going with a fully-integrated solar company vs others that outsource some of the services like installation. Super people to deal with! Their bid was in line with other quotes we got, better than some. Their promised delivery date was better than others, and then they managed to even beat that. Work quality was excellent. System is functioning as per spec. Highly recommended!
