Kieran Brown the manager is awesome! Comes and talks to us every time he is there. Makes me and my family always feel like we are part of the Playa group. Only know him from Playa but a great dude. You’re lucky to have him.

Asked for a Nutelloco bowl on a special promo “Nutella Day” and had absolutely no nutella in my bowl , I even paid $1 extra for more Nutella because this wasn’t the first time I got barely anything and got nothing. Disappointed and waste of money.

Used to be the best but has gone downhill. The Acai tastes overly sweetened all of a sudden. There's never any nutella in the bowl even when paying for extra! Now there's barely any fruit?! I mean what's the point? Way too overpriced for what you're getting!

it was my first time here and it was amazing. i had a poke bowl and my sis had an açaí bowl. my mom also had a poke bowl. overal very fast service and very delicious.

Really yummy and cool spot to stop in. So excited I moved nearby. Been here like close to 4 times already. They have such amazing delicious bowls and shakes. Also I've been to many Playa bowls. They are by far the most friendliest ones here always serving with such a smile and cheer I'm lovin it.

I always go here. i picked up a tropical acai bowl it was fantastic on Christmas eve. The workers are always great and so is the food even. I never get any issue from the workers and it's always made super quick. Today Nicole made it for me and hope she gets some appreciation from her boss.

This is supposed to be a Nutella bowl but couldn't find any Nutella, it's always the same problem even when my wife asks for extra Nutella

I ordered a power bowl at approximately 6:20pm. My bowl came out timely however I get home after a 30 minute drive and there are strawberries in my bowl. The only substitution I had made was to remove chocolate whey protein and substitute nutella. While they are making my bowl they are talking to customers who presumably also work there. Clearly too distracted to prepare a bowl correctly. Food was great just please pay attention to the tickets and what you're making.
