Planet Oath installed solar on our new build. The scoping & install process were seamless from start to finish. The real value was after the install was done and dealing with PG&E. Our builder created an issue with an application submission the year prior which created an issue when we tried to get our application in. PG&E was very slow and very unhelpful, but Wendy from Planet Oath dealt directly with them throughout the entire process. She called them multiple times a week to expedite things. She kept me informed and continued to push things along with PG&E. We didn’t have to deal with PG&E except when necessary. When I asked for a status update, Wendy always knew exactly where we were at and what the next steps were. Once we finally got through PG&E’s dysfunction, Wendy got us on the schedule very quickly to have our system turned on. Wendy made the process with PG&E as smooth and efficient as it could be and always kept me in the loop. She has also checked in a couple times just to make sure everything is running smoothly. I really appreciated the post installation support!

Our system was finally turned on after 8 months of delay with SunPower. .y question during the whole time about SunPower and the legal issues went unanswered by Plant Oath Energy. Not only did they leave a mess around my house. My exterior look like a commercial building. They didn't paint my conduit as required by HOA which they should have discovered while permits were being applied for. They failed inspection twice. I'm no certified electrician buy I knew you couldn't bend that phase/guage wire 360°. Our unit hums and doenst even power my house all night as requested.
My new contract is now more expensive than my original. Their people do not even show up in uniforms or have logos on vehicles. Completely unprofessional.
I will be contacting the state for further review.

Recently - My Aunt had Planet Oath solar panels install on her home. A contracting group had done the install however, and Aunt needed them to follow up to show her if the panels were working.
The contractor was very difficult to reach for her so I step in and reach out to Planet Oath. I was connected to Windy. Wow when is the last time you pick up the phone and had a conversation with a person and have the person follow up on everything from contacting the contractor to following up with my Aunt and myself? Well , I want to thank Windy for excellent customer service from Planet Oath LLC. Thank you Windy you delivered a positive result and now everyone is happy!! Thank you!!

Planet Oath LLC was sub-contracted through my company for the installation of my Solar Panels. My POC, Ms. Wendy, was very personable and responsive to my questions. She alleviated a lot of my concerns and was easy to talk with during the installation process. The site agent, highlighted key functions of the Enphase App and updated me on the next steps in the process. I would highly recommend them based on their workmanship and customer service.

I would recommend Planet Oath LLC to anyone thinking about going Solar, from the salesman, installers, management and their customer service they were all professional, polite and answered all my questions. The whole experience was great, especially their customer service girl, she was right on top of any problems or questions I had. Amazing company. I had at least 3 different companies come out and talk to me about setting up solar, but I just wasn't sold with them. I had the opportunity to speak to Juan Ramon and he was great. He took the time to explain in detail information how this solar system would benefit me. I am very pleased and happy with all his hard and very quick work they did. I highly recommend this awesome company.

I started with Planet Oath in March 2023 with Supervisor Jonathan C. I started with a great experience but didn’t end well with him. I called Planet Oath after no communication from Jonathan.
I spoke with Manager Wendy Ricardo and explained my situation. What an AMAZING person!! I can’t express how much she has helped me with the solar process and an emergency with the solar installation. Wendy is professional, an excellent communicator, responds promptly and I feel we’re a priority to her not a number. She has gone over and above to help me and my family and we’re extremely grateful.
