Recently, Planet Networks vehicles were in my driveway as the crew was pulling lines along Mohican in Blairstown. Since I was looking for a new ISP, I decided to go out and talk to them. Right away, the team was friendly and helpful.
The next day, I called Planet Networks and spoke with Alice, who was incredibly nice and accommodating. In no time, she had a service installation scheduled. Within a week or two, Josh arrived to set everything up. Josh was thoughtful, meticulous, and made sure the box was perfectly placed and the service was running flawlessly.
Let me just say—when I mention a clean, tight installation, I mean perfect. I'm very detail-oriented and handle all the work on my house to ensure it meets my high standards, but Josh's work exceeded my expectations. Every little detail was impeccable: no loose cables, everything zip-tied, and the wiring discreetly hidden.

My experience with Planet Networks so far has been exceptional. I had new service installed recently. The tech arrived within the scheduled time frame and the installation/activation was quick and professional. I called customer service later in the day with a question, and the call was answered in a timely manner by a knowledgeable human being. I called with another question after hours, and even though I didn't leave a message, a representative reached out to return my call the following day. The pricing is transparent and reasonable. Speed test results consistently match or exceed advertised speed. Keep up the good work Planet!

Planet Network is top-tier! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly prompt, professional, and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. When I moved into my new apartment, I switched to planet network due to their Internet speed at such a low cost since I’m on a fixed income. Excellent Internet service overall! Got away from Optimum. PN makes it so easy to make your bill payment over the phone as well! The representatives are so friendly and wonderful. I am so glad I made the switch from the rip off Optimum to Planet Networks. Canyon who did our install was awesome! Incredibly efficient, detailed and professional but still somehow really quick!
He came while movers were here but he was considerate, gave us enough room and material to adjust what we would need, and kept everything tidy and organized.
