A big oak tree fell and overturned my propane tank on June 3, 2024, at approximately 3:00 P.M. I called Pinnacle Propane immediately and they gave me assurances and said they would take care of my problem. Their employee, Tim, came as soon as he heard from Kathy and made sure there was no danger to me before he could be back with help to get the tank upright and functioning for use again. He made sure there were no leaks and I was totally confident that all would be fine. He and a driver were back and they very efficiently got everything in order so soon that I didn’t have time to miss the use of my range. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs propane. Their “can-do” attitudes and abilities were so reassuring and I am so grateful to have them to help if I ever have another dangerous incidence and need someone to respond quickly. Thank you, Pinnacle for hiring the best!

I have no problems with the delivery of our propane. Altho, I am rarely home when it is delivered, the delivery man always locks our gate back when he leaves and is usually on time each month. HOWEVER, DONT EVER EXPECT TO KNOW WHAT YOUR BALANCE IS OR ANYONE TO RETURN A CALL. THE OFFICE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUNCH OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.

Pinnacle Propane came out to my house yesterday to set a tank, dig a line and install a wall mounted heater! Tim and James came out and set the tank, dug the line for the fuel supply. They ran the fuel line into my house and installed a wall mounted heater! Then covered up the fuel line and buttoned everything and then inspected their work and instructed me on how to use my new heater! Tim and James were very professional in every aspect of the Job!! All in about an hour and a half!! If you haven’t experienced Pinnacle Propane, I highly recommend them for all your Propane and service needs!! This is the way a business should be!!
