Pink Energy (formally Power House Solar) installed solar panels in May 2022 on our home we recently bought in fall 2021. Both times they came to our house, the workers fell through our living room ceiling. The first time, they came back to fix the first hole and the patch cracked the next day. It was a small hole and we knew they would be coming back to do more work in the attic, so we hoped that they would fix it the second time around. Well, they came back and fell through the ceiling AGAIN leaving another massive hole. The manager (Russell) had these employees come back later in the week to patch, sand, and paint the damages. When they came, they obviously did not know how to patch a hole and did not come with an electric sander. They were both very young guys. They manually sanded the patched hole by hand, leaving our home covered in dust that WE had to clean up. We had to vacuum dust out of our couch in addition to vacuuming and mopping the entire house. The patched holes look awful and we cannot get in touch with anyone to come back to fix the botched job on our new home that we love so much. Customer service continues to give us the runaround and claim that Russell, the manager who was onsite the day the second hole incident happened, "possibly no longer works for the company". They will not send someone back to our house to fix the holes in our ceiling or give us the option of getting it fixed ourselves and back charging them for the damage repairs. Three months later, and our living room ceiling still looks horrible. This experience has been more trouble than it's worth and I highly recommend against using Pink Energy.

This company Pink energy formally Powerhouse solar -installed solar panels on our friends house. They were promised reduced electric bills. The solar panels are doing nothing, the electric bills are higher than ever. There has been NO savings! Just more bills to pay for a useless solar system. The battery system doesn’t work and they have been left a system that doesn’t work properly and a company that won’t answer their phone or fix the issues. Buyer Beware!!

We have been through five months of misery attempting to have our solar energy system working. Last week, the state inspector finally appeared and told us the system failed his inspection. We are in the process of a breach of contract lawsuit against Pink Energy in an attempt to recover some of the $20,000 we have lost in trying to work with this despicable company.

Buying a solar system from power home/ pink energy was one of the worst decisions we have made. Constant problems with the system not functioning yet still paying a loan payment on top of our electricity bill. Such a scam.

This company has been a ripoff for us. Had the system since March 2021 and hasn't worked properly 95% of the time. They come out to fix things and all they do is cause more problems. No decrease in electric bills as promised and cannot talk to anyone in tech support... So far held on the phone for over three hours yesterday and today over three and a half hours. Stay far far away from this company. Their promises mean nothing.
