Mid-sized Pilot with a Subway and all the expected Pilot food and coffee fare. Clean bathrooms. Truck side was really busy. The car side was mostly easy to maneuver with our 60 foot RV rig. Register attendants were super pleasant and even greeted me on the way in, moved folks through the lines quickly.

At midnight on a Friday, coffee grinding/brewing machines not working properly, no second person at cash registers to help long line of customers. No thanks for the “self” checkout stations that are NOT intuitive to use. Ladies restroom needed attention. Pretty much FSIL all the way around. Oh, yeah, diesel pump was slow AF! ?

Terrible.!!! Too long to take a shower. There were 14 people in front of me. It's been 2 hours and there are still 12 guests waiting for a shower! Ridiculous!
Nobody is cleaning the bathrooms, they should respect the truck drivers' time. We move the country and we arrive tired and want to relax.

I'm simply a traveler riding through. I did notice ample space for 18 wheelers, trucks with boats, rv's and other extended type vehicles.

The bathrooms were clean, neat and we'll stocked.

Employees were friendly and I was greeted upon entering the store. I enjoyed the music and danced to a couple of songs while stocking up on goodies.

The area appears safe if you had to take a quick nap for safety on the road.

Traveled a tad out the way to used tank dumps and get propane just to find out they provide neither. Seems trucker stations have become a LOT more RV UNfriendly. Loves, pilots, heck even RV dealerships no longer service black, grey or even fresh water tanks. And getting propane filled is like pulling polar bear teeth. Sigh

My name is Jonathan today October 3rd at 10:00 pm I called the Store to request if the shower is working.

And I was completely mistreated by a man and a woman who hung up on me multiple times.

Look for another Store, this one is not worthy of our driver.

The employees appeared to be high

Not sure if they pipe in hot water from Lake Michigan or if their water heater is just as dependable as a desert meth head… regardless, urine is roughly the same temperature as the shower.

Somewhat sure the towels in the bathroom get a simple rinse and little else between uses. The smell is unfortunately only strong enough that you notice it once you’re drying off.

Pretty fn gross

To boot, after coming out of the shower I noticed the place smelled like they parked a pig hauler somewhere inside the store.

If there were an option to block this place on my GPS I would. Instead, take y’all’s star. You earned it
