This is one of the worst grocery stores. Some of the employees are amazing ppl. But the store, the food quality, and the prices are shameful and ridiculous. Other Piggly Wiggly stores I have visited DO NOT look as rundown, nor so they sell brown meat! I just wished they cared more about the community they are serving and step it up. They can do better. That's my opinion.

Disappointing experience. I stopped in to grab something sweet; looking for JaWanda's, I was willing to settle for Edolyn's. Unfortunately, the abhorrent excuse for a bakery is not temperature controlled for the items they carry. There were numerous items speckled with green mold, despite it being a week prior to their "sell by" dates, AND the near $8 price point. The rank smell upon entry into the store should have been my sign to abort mission, but this seemed to be the only grocer I could find in the area while passing through. This is yet another sad example of substandard quality at exorbitant prices available in certain B'ham neighborhoods.

Went today it's been awhile since I have been at this location. The prices the prices the prices where to high for me. I understand it's the only neighborhood market. But don't over price items PLEASE!

I love the down home feel, about the store. No feeling of rush rush! Using the app in-store is great also. Cashiers are always patient and helpful. A rare commodity in this young folk generation. LoL! Please keep up the good work.

I did not love this store at all. In fact I had the rudest most inconsiderate cashier I've ever seen. However the store manager came and handled my situation with such compassion I had to give this 5 ? review. Thank you Sir. I left your store in tears because your cashier absolutely humiliated me and went out of her way to let everyone know what I was dealing with. She could have shown some type of discretion but she chose not to. Instead like I said she went out of her way to humiliate me. I see now why you wear a santa-claus hat!! Because you don't know that JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON!!!
Again thank you to the store manager for coming to my rescue.
