Relatively new to Nashville. In my apartment, there was the smell of gas on my first day - Piedmont had someone there immediately to fix it. Now, in my new house, after hours on a weeknight, there's a smell of gas out of the blue. The rep they sent out was so polite, efficient, and helpful in keeping me informed and relieving my anxiety. He diagnosed a leak and turned off the gas supply to the appliance. So grateful, Piedmont. Thank you for being responsive, reliable, and having such great people in the field to help in emergencies!!

this is one of the last bastions of hope in terms of customer service. i’ve called 3 times in the past month. every single call has resulted in:
- speaking to a *human
- speaking to kind humans
- speaking to a human that speaks english clearly
i beg you piedmont, never automate or outsource your customer service 🙏

I had a workman come today and long story short for reasons I do not want to say he would not turn on my pilot light on. I called customer service and spoke with Cynthia (supervisor) she was absolutely wonderful. Told me I’d have someone here tomorrow. I just the call from the new technician and he’s on his way to take care of us. Wonderful service

If anyone is forced to have their yard dug up, large deep hole, in order for the gas to be disconnected, not from your home, but home across the street, when the crew attempts to fill the hole and replant grass, STAY OUTSIDE, MAKE SURE THEY DO IT RIGHT!
I don't even have Gas! Still my yard had to be ruined. The blue chalk marks are still on street which they said would disappear after rain.The crew is contracted with Piedmont so come from all over. They come with 4-5 large trucks all doing different parts of job. I was home and the guys working, others waiting, were sweet, friendly, really cared about my concerns. I was also wonderful as I understood I had no control thus pleasant and supportive.
However, the crews are not landscapists so when the result was a hill with patches of dirt a year later, I was sad. If I'd realized, I would have made sure that the dirt was leveled, and grass seed straw done better. A year later I called the "Restore Property " dept to come back. And again a different crew with 5 big trucks came cause even if not needed, the dig up truck still travels with entire crew.
The person in the office was wonderful. He asked for pictures and then scheduled the crew same day. But I was expecting landscape people but no. They plant the same way and same grass seed everywhere. This crew was wonderful sweet accommodating too. They had 2 options. To dig up and refill or pound the hill down with this other truck machine which was so darn loud . They did pound option. . I even gave thumbs-up. But today, months later, it's better but not back to way it was, or really "restored. " So, beware, insist, take pics before and after if utilities come a knocking to do some digging.

Amazing service from Dana. I was assisted with paying an overdue bill and she put in the time and effort, going above and beyond to get me all the information I needed and sent me the proper receipts to confirm the payment was made. Five stars across the board.

I can't say anything about this company's products, but the people they hire are amazing. Today I got a flat tire and was PANICKING. Two employees who were working at a Thornton's gas station were kind enough to help me change my tire, and even walked me through the entire process. I couldn't thank them enough for helping me be able make it back home!! 💯

Worst deposit policy I’ve ever heard of… 2 late payments (even if they’re paid) and you lose your deposit. Deposit amount fluctuates seemingly randomly… my last deposit was $188 and my new one is over $300!!! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS NO COMPETITION!!!
