Spencer did a fantastic job. I was having problems with my air ducts spewing insulation all over my floors, and I had plumbers working under the house previously for 4 days, and they damaged some of the air ducts. Spencer checked all the air ducts for damages, he secured all of the insulation that was sticking out of the air ducts, sealed the air ducts, had a pressure test done, adjusted the air flow on the airducts and checked and rechecked several times to make sure insulation is no longer coming up out of the floor vents. I really like this company. Spencer did a very thorough job and did everything possible to solve the problems.

Had them put a complete new HVAC unit in my house in August 2018, with the recent rains I panicked that there was water dripping from my ceiling, turns out my roof is fine and the water is coming from my hvac drains because none of drain pipes were glued properly. I called and the woman with the lovely accent said " if my technician determines that it's not a warranty item then you would be charged a $125 diagnostic fee cause it has been a very long time. Trying to keep my drywall from falling down I thought I'd just glue the one failed joint together and not have to take a day off work. When i tried to glue the joint the whole thing came apart piece by piece. there's little to no glue on every single joint and water spots in my insulation from them all dripping. Overall I'm very unhappy with the quality of work.

The BEST!
My solar inverter needed to be updated and many solar companies I called had no reliable phone person and never called me back or gave me exhorbitant estimates for a vague estimation of how much work they may have to do. Phoenix Energy Solutions answered the phone quickly and were professional and respectful. They thankfully gave me a reasonable estimate for a quick job. Spencer showed up when promised and was very respectful and completed the job. My solar panels are in service again!!

When my generator stopped working, Phoenix came out promptly and discovered a number of problems (especially mice chewing the wires). It took some prompting to eventually get a repair estimate, which was close to what I figured the cost of a replacement would be. I asked for an estimate to replace the generator instead, but never heard back from them, and ended up getting another company to do the work.

I highly recommend Phoenix Energy Solutions for HVAC service and repairs! Last summer during the July 4th heatwave our 10 year+ old A/C stopped working! After calling many companies, Phoenix was able to quickly send someone out to diagnose the problem and get our new part ordered. We also signed up for their REST semi-annual checkup program and receive 15% discount on repairs. Then yesterday our A/C stopped working again! I called Phoenix after hours to let them know, and they returned my call and sent Justin out first thing the this morning. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. I feel like a VIP and am so happy I found Phoenix and signed up for the REST program! Thank you Phoenix team!!

Phoenix energy is extremely professional from the electronic notifications on who and when the tech is coming to the actual work done. Very knowledgable technicians. We have used phoenix several times and cant imagine calling anyone else.
