Hi There,
I have no clue how to get in touch with an actual human to speak to - your automated system is clearly designed to break anyone's will on this planet. Can anyone tell me when the helicopters are going to stop flying around. I am sure I am not the ONLY person who feels like they are going INSANE with these things flying over head while we are all trying to work from home! Please let us know when this carnage is going to END!!!!!! you deserve ZERO stars.

There's just no end to this low life ilk! Was forced to call 4 times to get New Service connected. I couldn't do it using their stinking on line service because I had a question!

1st Call: It's too early, was told to Call Back.
2nd Call: Liars!! Was supposed to get a call back, & that I wouldnt lose my place in line. 2 days later, still NO CALL BACK.
3rd Call: Liars! THEIR TOP FEMALE EMPLOYEE HAS FOUND OUT THAT ALL SHE HAS TO DO IS THIS: "HELLO? HELLO? I CAN'T HEAR YOU! HANG UP AND CALL BACK!", SO, SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO DO ANY WORK AT ALL. My DEAD mother can hear me from my home, when I call her on my cell!! Wouldn't YOU LOVE to say THAT to callers at work? "Can't hear yuh! Call back!!"
4th Call: Finally got new service connected, cuz I pressed 2 for another language!

PG&E is the worst company ever. I was told that I need a safety check for my new water heater today, and they literally made mw wait over 12 hours for a technician arrive. I was actually told that I should be grateful as their normal service window was up to 16 hours.
What is wrong with these people? And why are they permitted to act as our only source as a public utility?
They burn down our towns, provide us with terrible service, and charge us as much as can get way with. I say off with their heads.
NO WONDER WE HATE PG&E.....

Can't talk to a real person. Need my furnace relighted. The computer will set up a service appointment in 2 weeks. Thanks a lot!!

I just loved it...we had a picnic n payed the bill at the same time ...being sarcastic.... what can I sAy!? Very nice place to pay ur PGE bill...outside of building has nice plants n shrubbery n cool in the summer......of course this being Marin we don't expect a shack...

PGE is very annoying that they don't provide a phone number to talk to a real person. They make you drive 5 miles to fix an account problem that they created! Bad customer service!

This is NOT a Service Center. They offer no public assistance in any form. This location is just a service yard. Hope this helps.
