I'd say there one of the best companies to buy from in Fayetteville. Came out Saturday night around 9. Stayed till around 11. Boss and help are the nicest guys around. All I can say is thank u for the hard work and rush to fix the issue!!!

My family has used Petroleum for 30+ years but now the customer service is terrible. I was told misinformation over the phone, twice in fact when I called, and I am left to pay a bill for the incorrect information. I understand rules, but if you give misinformation you should have to back it up. Rude front desk when I continued to call about it. We have two addresses and will be changing gas companies. Loyalty is not honored I suppose.

Great local business! Was told by the company we leased our tank from that they couldn’t come out for 7-10 Business days to refill our propane tank, I called Petroflame and they came out within the hour. Set us up with our new tank and we were able to have heat again! Amazingly fast service!!
Their secretary was very friendly and the guys that came out were very helpful & nice and were very thorough assessing our lines. Thanks for getting our house nice and warm with these abnormally low temps outside!
