Jeffery came to service my AC/Heating unit on 10-28-24. He called in advance to notify me he was on the way and arrived shortly afterwards. After servicing my units he took the time to explain everything he checked and notified me that all systems are running fine. He also took the time to put a new air filter in my return. Perfect Service has taken care on all of my air conditioning/heating needs since 2002!! Also, now that they are servicing hot water heaters Perfect Service installed a brand new tankless hot water heater for us on 10-21-24 and get this "AT 10:00 PM" !! They are the best in the business!!

Our technician, Drake, was there when he said he’d be there. Showed up, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and explained it to me in under 30 minutes. He was very respectful, and it seemed as if he enjoyed his work even on a Saturday morning.
