arrived 2 hours before the meeting at 8 am, called the company and was told to call back at 10 am. They don’t pick up the phone, there is complete lack of respect for other people’s time. The place for delivery and collection is small, parking across the street, entry and exit is not convenient. Be careful, take care of yourself.

Delivered here on a Monday morning appointment was supposedly 6AM I figured the broker I hauled the load for lied about the appointment time that's a common practice. Gate sign says receiving starts at 7AM. 550AM i called number on gate guy says I'll open gate in about 20 minutes so I sit in center turn lane about 45 minutes before gate opens traffic was pretty thin so wasn't a big deal. Once in the gate no issues. went inside gave the receiver the paperwork backed in empty in just over an hour. Receiver was polite no attitude like a lot of the reviews say. Overall not a bad experience I would come back. kind of a pain to get onto the street headed north to make a left turn into the gate but hey that's trucking.

If you are a truck driver approach this address from the south because if you come in from the north there will be no right turn and you got to find where to turn around. This place is strictly by appointment/ favorites. If you have an appointment at 7 am like I did and show 15 mins late(still withing hour hour) the only unloader with one bay door will tell you he has 3 other trucks in front of you and he might not unload you. Warning! He will keep you around until 11 then notify you he will not be able to unload you until the next day. No regards to your HOS or time. I will never go to this place again and recommend truck drivers to steer clear

Stay AWAY! ALL PEPSI facilities are the worst to either load or unload. This one is not an exception. They will not take you if you miss your appointment because of a delay at pickup at ANOTHER PEPSI plant (and you had to drive late at night). They don't care! They will reschedule only for the NEXT DAY. And when you arrive the next day, they will not unload ON TIME! You'll wait for another couple hours.. There's one person - Jesus, who unloads the trucks, and he acts like he's the boss and you're garbage. He's got 2 (!!!) hours for each truck, and he doesn't give a * and he won't even try to make it a minute earlier.

Appointment on 7 am I arrived at 6:36 gate was closed I called to the office and they told me we will open the gate in 20 minutes I waited more than 20 minutes and I called again was 7:02 after that they opened the gate. 2 hours for unloading!before you enter you must wait in the road middle lane! They are crazy.
