Very affordable options for most anything in housing! Almost like a Home Depot mixed with an improved Good Will. Also I was told 100% of the proceeds from purchases go directly toward Habitat’s construction!

The main employees I have interacted with are kind people as well. Highly recommend!

Extremely overpriced for used, damaged, and dirty building/remodeling items. $28 for a single dirty shutter in need of stripping and painting, with loose hardware. $85 for a toilet with no seat, when you can get a new one with everything for installation at lowes for maybe 95 to 100 for the same size and style. More and more Restores are going the way of overpriced "thrift" stores selling junk for nearly the same as new. I've shopped them all over the country and this gouging is just sad.

I stopped by, and am so glad I did.
I immediately complimented the staff standing close by. The manager gave the credit to the great staff. She then chased me down with two employees to let me meet them.
I found a great silver chandelier, with cut glass globes, for my son. It will hang over his grandmother’s baby grand.
It was $70, and a nice young man loaded it for me.
Made my day.

I'm beginning by quoting a 2 star review from 4 years ago which you may lookup,
"Fair warning they close at 6pm but start turning off the lights in at least half of the store at 5:20pm! You are not able to see anything to be able to shop so get there early!"
The current employees policy is to dim the lights at 5:45 without any announcement. I find it dangerous to both customers and employees. In my opinion, disrespectful to customers as well. It is doubtful Habitats liability or workman's comp insurance providers would approve. I asked at the register, "what time do you close?", the response was, "6 pm". In what universe is a store open when the lights are dimmed and you can't see the merchandise or safely navigate the store? The bottom line is no one cares when Habitat closes. I do care about the time I'm in the store shopping. I expect a safe and well lit store.
