14 months into a pellet boiler install in our house and very impressed. When we purchased our house in Sept 2023, the existing, cobled together heating system needed to go. Jonathan with Pellergy walked the house with us, explained how they would install the new system, were prompt with a quote and punctual with the install. They were also very helpful in making sure we met the deadlines for receiving incentive rebates associated with swapping out an oil based system for the new pellet system. Since then they have serviced the system once, and we have purchased our pellets for the 23 and 24 winters from them. Andy, Jonathan, Nathan, Luke, Matthias, the entire team is top notch and we would recommend them to anyone.

Andy and crew replaced an aging propane system in my house 4 years ago. The sale and install were really good. They helped us with all the loans and efficiency vt paperwork. The install crew was very professional. We were and generally are very happy with the entire system. Service after the sale is a completely different subject. Pellergy is the only people that can service the system. Getting an annual service is difficult and usually takes over a month to get a response. Recently, we’ve experienced service issues. Our heating and DHW has been out since Feb. we got basic advice via text to nurse it along but that’s it. 4 months later after multiple attempts to schedule a service call, all I get is 1 email saying it’ll be at least another month before he can get to us. Overall we like the system and are happy with it but customer service after the install us very poor. I would recommend the system but not this contractor.

The guys at Pellergy did an excellent full replacement of my home's heating system. I had an aging oil-burning steam boiler with radiators that gave up the ghost, and one of my neighbors put me in touch with Andy. I wanted to move to a heat-pump system so that I could have cooling in the summer as well as heating in the winter (not to mention that fuel prices have been very high).

Andy and Jonathan put together a design with a cold weather heat pump (it is rated to work to -20° F, and I can confirm it was still heating me when the thermometer hit that point a few months ago) and a retrofit of high-velocity ducting. They and their crew were very professional, did a great job, were always happy to explain to me what they were working on, and they left the house very neat.

I know their main bread-and-butter is pellet systems, but I highly recommend them for heat pumps as well!

I started my search for a pellet boiler installer in May of '22 to my surprise very few called back. Jonathan from Pellergy was the first one to promptly call back and schedule an in-home consultation. He came to the house was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the sizing and heat loads our house would need. He sat down with me after making all his calculations and went over the quote in detail. I quoted another competitor company to compare and called Pellergy back immediately to schedule the install. The install took about 5 days from removal of old system to commissioning the new pellet boiler. The Pellergy install crews were very respectful and courteous of our house. We had a cat and dog in the house and they always made sure they remained in with many trips in and out all day to their work trucks. Jonathan kept in touch through the entire install and personally assisted with some of the work. The entire process was smooth and painless. I Would highly recommend Andy, Jonathan and their amazing team to install your new pellet home heating system!

Andy put in our pellet boiler 3 years ago, replacing a wood burning Tarm boiler. He worked with my regular plumber so that he would know the system also. He is one of the few contractors I’ve used who arrives when he says he will and does what he says he will do. He’s been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed service. The system overall is great: it’s a much lower carbon footprint than wood or oil and the pellets are made from scrap wood. It’s also much quieter. We highly recommend both the system and Andy Boutin.
