I stopped in this past Saturday & talked with the owner Archie about getting a new seat post for my wife’s bike. This morning I went down to see what he could do. He found a post that fit perfectly & swapped it out at no cost. I was having him check out my shifter because I wasn’t able to use all the gears he didn’t have time to work on it but said to come back in a couple of hours when this other work before me was done & would take care of it but while checking it out he saw that the tire bead was coming off the rim on the rear tire & took care of that for me also so I will be going back to have the cable tube cleaned out & lubricated & have a new cable installed if needed. I just called & Archie is going to take care of me at 12:30 so I’m just going to have him put in a new cable because the cable in there is 5 years old and has 3500 miles of use.
Archie is a very personable owner who cares about people and there needs to keep their bike safely on the road at a very reasonable price.
Update: took the bike out yesterday afternoon to run it through the gears after the installation of the new cable wire, and the adjustment to the derailer. All gears shifted fine and we put 25 miles on the bikes and it was a great day.

What a wonderful experience at Pedego in Orange Beach, Alabama!!!

John helped us the first day we came in for information about EBIKES and took time to select the most appropriate options based on our preferences to try out. Answered many questions and sent us out with much information to consider. We then looked at other options around town and decided to come back to Pedago a few days later. John got 3 of us setup with ebikes and we went out happy campers!!

My sisters husband couldn’t come with us earlier so we went back on Saturday and again John took time to find the best options for him and he too got a new ebike today!!

Thanks much to John and JP for their insights, knowledge and professionalism and taking time to help each of us select the best option based on our individual needs.

They are the kind of local shop that makes a difference - thanks for your help!!

We will see you again soon when we are out exploring the Gulf State Park trails.

My advice - go Visit them soon!! Woo Hoo - feel like kids again!

The Orange Beach Pedego is awesome! If you are interested or curious about E-bikes go see them. The staff is wonderful, they have answered every one of my questions. They are so nice, helpful and most importantly ethical (I find that extremely important). They have a great selection of bikes and 'add-on'.

I have truly enjoy my e-bike. I have bad knees and a bad back (broken back in 2 places), I am able to ride my bike for miles without any issues. It is so comforting to know that if pain develops during my ride, I can still get home since it's an E-bike. I get a great workout since I can control the resistance and an added bonus is that I have lost some weight all while having fun.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Orange Beach Pedego shop!

Went to Pedago Bike Shop today to have some work done on my wife's electric bike. I met the owner of the shop, Archie, who did the actual repair. In my opinion, this business is A1 in customer service. If you are in the market for an electric bike, this place has a large variety of bikes in stock and they go above and beyond in the customer service department, which is rare in today's retail market. I highly recommend this business. They have a convenient location and a large selection of bikes to choose from. I would certainly check them out.
