After shopping here for around a year I get a glass part for vape and the guy gave me the wrong one. I went back to exchange it for correct one and the guy refused! He knew me. He told me to come back when other guy was there which I tried but never caught him in store so he refused to EXCHANGE! So they lost a regular customer in me! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Went in today to see the store and see alternatives to smoking. The staff were very knowledgeable about all of the products I had questions about and guided me to the right fit for my needs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and patience of the staff with all my questions. They have earned my business over any other shop.

Update 12/01/2023 A revisit review for my favorite local vape shop!
I came in on this day for new juice and met John, a super friendly salesman who was what I would call a over and beyond employee. This gentleman helped me choose two different juices that I ended up thoroughly loving and will now end up being my go to juices.
This particular employee not only helped me choose juices but made me feel welcome. He was kind and polite and you just don't see this in sales employee's much these days as after your purchase you get that vibe you are now expected to be rushed off as your questions are now null and void after the transaction has been completed.
So much appreciated by this customer to Peachtree Vaper & CBD for John!

Update 08/07/2022 You can also buy disposable vapes here. They have much better ones than you'll find at a gas station and they are from reputable companies. As always the staff are very helpful and will answer any questions.
Update 03/01/23 I have finally found an replacement for disposables! I have went through so many many mods and so many many many different pod devices trying to find one that actually works without all the leaks and mess and I would have never known about it if the good folks at Peachtree Vapor hadn't shown me the Wenax h1! It's my jam.. might not be yours but it suits me perfectly. And everyone at this store has always been so incredibly helpful, and I recommend them for all of your vaping needs over ANYONE else! You will not be disappointed. I've been a returning customer for years now!

I got my first vape at this shop. They where always nice and good prices. A couple of months ago I bought a voodoo gene and loved it. So I when and purchased another one so I would have one to charge and one to use. I bought the second one on 5/13 and it did not work right after a week after 2 it stopped working. I tried to return on June 04 and was total I would have to send it back to the manufacturer because they only do returns for 2 weeks. I am very disappointed, I have spend a lot of money in this shop. ☹️

This is my regular place. The reason it's my regular place is that the people here are very knowledgeable about all things vaping. I've never had a question they couldn't answer, and every time I've seen them help a new customer, they go in depth to explain what they need and why they need it based on their requests. Good, consistent flavors and great service. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did!

Just purchased a juice head Cali bar- nothing but juice came out of it. They don't stand by their products - asked if they could replace it and refused " all sales are final"- very disappointing and poor customer service. I wouldn't go here and I def wouldn't buy a Cali bar unless you want to take your money and flush it down the toilet.

If your going in for salt nics I suggest making sure you know what you want before going in. I was unable to find what I wanted here because you have to read very tiny writing on the bottles from behind the bar area to choose a juice. I asked about a couple juices there but the guy seemed to be getting irritated with me and didn’t seem like he wanted to help me at all. I didn’t want to ask what the flavoring first every single juice was so I just ended up going down the road to a different vape shop. I’ve been to this store a couple of times before and had only one pleasant experience. The man that was there was very nice and answered every question and concern that I had. However, every time after that they are either rude or not helpful at all. On the other hand this store was very clean and did seem to have a variety of juices to choose from. But I unfortunately I will probably not be returning to this store.

Steven, who I believe is the store manager is very knowledgeable and and provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this store based solely on that but they sell quality products, excellent juice all at a fair price. If you vape, you owe it to yourself to stop in and see Steven.
