I used to do tons of research before purchasing a vehicle, but after multiple purchase from Peach Ford, they make the car buying experience so stress free and easy, that I’d rather just get what ever they have versus trying to deal with any other dealership. They always go the extra mile to take care of us and do the right thing, so I don’t need to worry.

I came into the dealership looking for one specific vehicle, the Bronco Sport and they had multiple options color and style wise, Mrs. Patti was wonderful, she let me test drive almost every one and worked with me on price range. Even though they were super busy they still made sure to check on us and get us what we needed. All of the staff was polite and friendly, will definitely do business with them in the future.

The salesperson and finance officer were very helpful in getting me the car I had chosen. The person that performed the car inspection on the other hand did not do a very good job. After I got the car home I found the spare tire to be flat, and all 4 tires were 5-7 pounds under pressure. The washer fluid reservoir was empty. Come to find out it has a crack in it. Other than that I do recommend Patti at Peach Ford. She does go out her her way to help the customer.

Stopped to check out the Maverick Tremor for my oldest, that was online but a salesperson jumped us before we even put the car in park. If we can't have a few minutes to look before we are swarmed we move on. As far as I know the truck is still there. Didn't stick around long enough to get a feel for the place. I like at least 10 minutes to look and see if I like the vehicle. If I don't look that long I am not finding interest in it. That can save the salesperson to go to the next paying customer. Honestly, I am a big boy and if I need help I know how to ask.

Buyer beware!!!! Out the gate all seems great!!! Then they will make an error on your buyers order (even after you bring it up several times). They will victim blame you and try to turn it around like you did something wrong - Brian is the sales manager and HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL. Our sales associate Megan was new to sales (I believe) but she did go out of her way to accommodate us. I appreciate her hard work but will not do business with Jim Peach Motors - Jeep because of how Brain the sales manager handled the error his dealership made and then tried to accuse me of wrong doing. Proper complaints have been filed.
