My father is a World War II Vet. He was stationed in the South Pacific and was one of the first sent into Hiroshima shortly after the bomb went off to assess damage and clean up.

He is now 98 years old and has a number of health concerns. He has macular degeneration, prostrate cancer and suffered a stroke three years ago.
He has made substantial progress in his recovery and is fit and mentally sharp.
The medications he takes for his various conditions do make him feel weak and fatigued at times. He has slowly been losing his eyesight due to the macula degeneration. Not being able to see impacts his balance. He walks with a walker or walking sticks and has a slight drag on his right leg —a lingering effect from the stroke. When tired he has a slight issue speaking clearly.

Paul Lamb thought my father would benefit from a core distortion correction treatment. He explained what core distortion was to my father
and then explained the energy work involved. My father agreed to the treatment and was very happy with the results.

The night after the treatment my father slept very well and woke up well rested and ready to go. He noted he had more energy, felt more focused and centered.
He observed a slight improvement in his eyesight and experienced more ease in breathing. He also felt he was walking better with his walker. In addition, he noted that it was and continues to be easier for him to get his words out.
Always an avid exerciser, he was happy to see that he was able to increase the number of reps performed when exercising.
And last, but not least, he told me he felt a great deal more self confidence. Wow!!

"I had my right knee replaced in 2010 and my right hip in 2020. I have had a lifetime of balance and mobility issues. I had a distant healing session with Paul to help with a whole host of issues (including severe curvature of the spine). During the session I felt many different sensations and movements throughout my body. All the things I described to him afterward were exactly what he was working on. Very cool! I actually felt pretty energized afterwards and I immediately jumped up to check my posture. I looked at my shoulders where one was always much lower than the other. - Now much more aligned. Next, my right arm always swayed away from my body when I stood straight, now it was relaxed right next to my body! My feet felt more balanced on the floor too. Pain has been reduced. Scoliosis is still there but I wasn't expecting complete correction with my type of curve. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend him as a powerful healer. Most importantly, Paul is probably one of the kindest person I have ever met- and we didn't even meet face to face. He generously gave me so much of his time before and after the session listening to all of my symptoms and showing real empathy in his responses. I hope to have another session with him in the future!

2019 My name is Marcos and I’d like to share with you my experience with Paul Lamb and my shoulder. I was experiencing some pain in the joint of the scapula where it ties into the shoulder joint. In mere minutes, by focusing his energy on the spot, Paul was able to alleviate the pain. It was gone. Just like that. Truly remarkable. I would highly recommend anyone struggling with pain and or even soreness to give this modality a try. I do not think you’ll be disappointed in the result.

2024 I would like to add to my testimony from 2019 above. Five years on now and I have had no further issues with my shoulder however, I recently pulled/strained my hamstring while sprinting. Once again Paul worked on the affected area, exercising his unique energy healing modality and within minutes he had affected a noticeable change in the pain I had been experiencing. Less than a week later now, it is not bothering me at all. Remarkable.

I would add that his knowedege of reflexology massage is also very worth the time and money. I regularly have him treat my feet and, as a hairdresser, I am one who spends much time on my feet. I have found this to be of tremendous benefit!

It has been over 5 years since you gave me energy work and help with core distortion.
As you recall, I had aches in my hips and knees lying in bed every night back then. There was a noticeable decrease that very evening; and since then I have rarely experienced any such discomfort.
No one would complain if it only worked in the short run, but
