Dennis put in a mini split For us over a year ago and made sure that any questions we Since then has been available to answer any questions and has made trips out to show us how to use the unit most effectively. He arrives on time, works hard and is always respectful.

He just completed another job that was more complex In our house that has curved walls. He and his team worked with us to make sure the finished product was aesthetically pleasing, and in excellent running order. We called on Monday and they were able to come later on that a same day to perform a diagnostic on out mini split. They scheduled us for the next day for service since they needed a few parts. We were in communication with the technician the whole time. He was very informative, courteous, and was able to fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend!
