Parrot Solar installed a solar system for my home approximately 2 years ago. The system has not worked more than it has. The most recent issue I was told a part to the inverter was replaced. The battery back-up has no power, the app for the system shows no usage (told needs programming but has not been done), and I have received no credits on my electric bill or reduction in usage, the system is still down.
False promises and lack of follow through and communication from the owner Tommy. I paid $25K for a system that has only caused me hassle due to faulty product (Solar Edge is the manufacturer of the system, LG for the battery) or poor installation, not sure which. My only request is for Parrot Solar to get my system back up in a timely manner and communicate. There have been no responses from any of the texts attached and no return phone calls. The photos show no power to the battery and an orange light on the inverter. Also, the app shows no production for the entire year. I’m frustrated and just want what I paid for to work.

This company is a real class act. They were professional, courteous and responsive throughout.

The whole process took 13 months from contract to switching on the panels. There's always lots of back and forth when it comes to red tape and bureaucracy and this was no different.

I only wished they did provide more updates as I was getting worried for not knowing how long these things typically take

In the end, the panels look great, and it's fun to see my meter going backwards.

Parrot solar has been incredible to our family. We looked into solar originally to save us money but after speaking with parrot solar we realized how much of a benefit adding a battery to our system would be and how much of an asset having solar truly is. The team explained the process in detail so we knew what to expect each step of the way. They made sure to keep us informed throughout the entire process which happened in a professional and timely manner. In install process was quick, efficient and professional. The inspection process was quick and easy, the longest part was waiting for our utility company to come out and swap the meter, even tho they could not do anything to speed up the process Parrot solar went above and beyond to get me updates from JEA and a date and time I could expect them to come install the meter. I can’t say enough nice things about the team and the company. We are a proud member of the parrot family and if you are interested in going solar Parrot solar is the way to go. Thanks again Tommy and Sam!

Typical scam solar organization. Will talk rebates and scams but won't deliver. Tesla PW3 was a total scam that did not work through power outages.

Either a very busy company or must be out of business. I have left three voicemails over the course of a week and I cannot get one person to return my phone call. I was referred to them by a friend of mine. Very disappointed!

Speeding driver who cut me off this morning on St John’s Parkway put myself and my passenger at risk. I have a great video of it. We have 100% disabled veteran tags and no one else was on the road. Unprofessional and unsafe.
