They lost my item, made a ton of excuses and said it was my fault. In the end no one took the effort to help me in my case, even providing everything they need to verify.
Don’t even lose your time here, you don’t want to be in the same situation as me. It cost me 170 bucks to realize that PyBox offers a bad service, you may have this for free. Look for any other company, thank me later. Mr. Gerardo I hope you have a good day and please take off my airpods to listen to your costumers. Bye!

This place are thiefs.. they claim that your package never arrives when tracking proves it did.. then they claim there are different buildings there but they are not separated by building #'s or letters.. I think they just steal people merchandise

Last week was my first time using paraguaybox to ship from USA to Paraguay. I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews. However, my experience dealing with Gerardo has been great. I communicated with him via phone and email to let him know that i had ship a package from amazon to their Miami office. He was very responsive and then in turn made sure my package arrived, scanned it to the system, and had it on the next flight out to Paraguay. I tracked everything through their website, uploaded invoices, and made the payment once the package was scanned at the Paraguay office. The whole process took 6 days from the moment i ordered on amazon to the moment it was delivered in Paraguay. The care and professionalism shown on my first transaction is why I will continue to use paraguaybox.

Ps. Confirm you have the right office address for the company before you ship anything to them. The Miami address listed online is their old address.

Horrible customer service, never return your call. Sent package July 27, delivered July 29th, it is September 1st and they can't give me any updates on my package. It is so frustrating.

They broke an item I sent to paraguay and didn’t want to recognized the lost. I’be been dealing with this for month! They didn’t give an answer or return my calls. Finally they said they were not going to recognize the item value. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

The worst customer service and the time for deliver the packages is toooo loooonnngg, the time for answer the emails is about two days or more, i never recommend the company.
