After a couple of good experiences, we hired Paradise to install a frame TV in a newly renovated space. Jeff (owner) promised to be present at the install but did not show up. Instead, one of his employees showed up and did not know anything about the job. The employee had a poor attitude, was unprofessional, and told us to 'calm down' after expressing concern about his knowledge of the job. No response from Jeff after sending a note about our dissatisfaction speaks volumes about his care for repeat customers or customers in general.

Jeff and his team have done several installations on my home and I really appreciate how diligent his team was when working here. Their pricing is competitive, and the quotes are turned around very quickly. They have installed exterior lighting, GFCI breakers and an electrical panel on my home. These have worked for years without any issues.

We look forward to having them come back in the fall to do some more work here and truly cherish having such a reliable electrician to turn to when in need.

We hired Paradise Solar for electrical work in our Medford Lakes home several years ago, and they did a wonderful job. Later, when we moved to Shamong, we faced a major safety issue with our electricity. The electricity company told us to call an electrician, so we reached out to Jeff Perez and his team at Paradise Solar. They came out, reviewed our situation and referred us back to the electric company, as it was their responsibility to fix the issue. The electric company was trying to pawn off their responsibility on us. We find Paradise Solar to do really great work. They are honest, helpful, and even followed up with us to ensure the electricity company fixed the issue. Highly recommend!

We looked at several competing Generator brands on the market, and settled on Generac after doing a full comparative analysis. We chose Generac for the following reasons; Brand recognition, dealer/servicing availability and promotion for extended manufacturer warranty 10 years (if purchased before the end of October). Paradise was the first dealer we talked with and came manufacturer recommended. We interviewed several other installers also recommended by Generac, but settled on Paradise due to their service area, and size of fleet. We liked the other guys a lot also, however we felt more comfortable with Paradise due to the number of technicians available should the unit require service in the future. We started the vetting process back in the end of August and happy to say 2 months later our Generator is up and in service. I really want to thank and commend Jeff and his installation team on a fantastic job with our project. They handled all the permit work, scheduling twsp inspections, complete installation including the conduit runs via crawlspace, unit placement, subbed work to gas plumber, site cleanup, system startup etc. The team of guys were really great, prompt, courteous, professional, respectful and just a pleasure to work with on the property. I can't say enough good things about this contractor and company, regarding my specific installation project. I also can say with confidence and hope Paradise continues with the same service excellence as time moves on; hopefully the Generac will provide years of reliable, uninterrupted service, but if needed feel I can count on Paradise and Jeff to get my unit back online asap... Highly recommend Paradise & Generac!

Jeff and his guys worked very hard and diligently to fix our power box. They were here for 6+ hours to solve a pretty difficult problem. They never lost faith in their skills and were extremely efficient and methodical in their approach. Their labor is worth every penny.

I cannot say thank you enough for the effort they put in to get our power back on - they did not have to provide the level of service they did, but they did anyways.

I contacted a number of authorized Generac dealers. Some never called back, one got back with a phone call, but didn't respond after that. A third said there was a charge to come out that would be deducted from the price if I purchased from them. I ended up having five dealers give me quotes. I selected Paradise and Jeff partly because of their close location to where I lived and the fact that Jeff was the owner and not a sales person. Jeff is very knowledgeable and explained things quite well. Jeff is very busy but also very responsive. His office staff is excellent. Julia and Caitlyn are extremely customer service focused. His technical workers were friendly and did their jobs well. Jeff came by each time work was done to inspect the quality. And he did the final hook up to turn the unit on. I feel very confident with my decision to go with Jeff and Paradise. I'm also confident that service when needed will be excellent.
