Constantly receiving robo calls. Has reached the level of harassment. I keep blocking the number but they keep changing it.

INDRA OR PALMCO OR COLUMBIA UTILITIES are a few of the names this outfit goes by.

SMELLS LIKE FRAUD!

I mean they have STOLEN roughly from us.

THEY CAN NOT PROVE WHERE OR HOW THEY SIGNED US UP so we could LOOSE MONEY not save it.

They insist we must have agreed on our front porch or in the street. I thought that was funny.. did u talk to someone on the street, sir?

All of a sudden the company name INDRA shows up on our bill and instead of our prorated equal payment plan $130.. we got bill of double triple and quadruple out budgeted plan. One month was $896.54 instead of $130.

This company or companies add themselves to your utility bills without us knowing and then offer 50-10-250 dollar refunds after they stole much more.

Wish I could give you no stars. You guys are thieves and scammers. I NEVER gave consent for you guys to be my provider. No calls, no letters, still getting my bills from pseg but yet the money is going to you guys? You guys overcharge and have the audacity to offer me a $50 refund for the THOUSANDS you stole from me!? I see you guys went through a lawsuit in 2017 for the SAME THING. You guys are frauds. Don’t be surprised if you have another lawsuit coming your way for the same reason in 2017. You would think you’d learn from your mistakes. Shameful. Hope your business burns to the ground

I had a very bad experience with them. They charge you unnecessarily high and when you call to cancel they still bill you. When those people come to your house they don't explain to you better and after you sign up, you go through hell with them. One time my bill was like $75 and they were charging my $231 for "their services". My total for that bill came up to $301. It was just too outrageous for a 2 bedroom apartment when we barely stay home. We leave at 6am and get back at 8pm. Whenever we are out we turn all appliances and A/C off. I asked them if they can take the charges off, I was told no but rather can send me a check of $42. It makes no difference I still have to pay the bill. I am so frustrate and pissed that I told to put a note in not to knock at my door.......ever.....ever again. Period!!!!!!!

I wouldn't have given even a 1 start if I could have given a 0 star rating. This company just likes to rip you off. first bills were fantastic. better than 10% lower than the normal supplier for my area. Then within a few months, were triple the cost of my supplier. Yes, 3X the normal cost. I quickly switched to another supplier.

Then today, they had the nerve to call me and suggest that I accidentally switched off their account. Yeah right.

I was scammed, never spoke to anyone on the phone, or in person, there name popped up on my bill. now they tell me I have to wait two months for a refund. this is very disgusting practices, trying to rob people during these hard times. like $150 on top of my bill, and more than what PSEG is charging me. this is very bad practices I swear you guys will pay for this

I wish I could give 0 stars. They are scammers and liars. they misrepresent themselves as PSE&G employees, go door to door saying that you’re overpaying and theyre going to help you fix it and then they charge you up to 5x your normal bill LITERALLY MY BILL WAS 5X my normal PSEG BILL! this company is predatory! They also LIE about refunds. I never received the measly (not even 1/3) refund that they claimed they would give me. Avoid this company at all costs. They operate under the name INDRA as well.

Absolutely HORRIBLE people!!!! 1 Star is WAY TOO HIGH!!!! Knocked on our door misrepresenting that they were from the State and wanted to verify that the Gas and Electric companies had complied with a new law and stopped charging us a specific tax that was on our bill. They asked to see our bill, pointed out the tax and said that the gas and electric companies were purposely not taking the tax off unless we called in to have it removed so that they could keep the extra money. They offered to have it removed for us. Three months later our bill TRIPLED!!! Long story short they had taken our account numbers, forged our consent, and signed us up for PALMCO Energy as our service provider!!!! When I called they told me the promotional rate was over and when I asked what they were talking about they would not give me a straight answer. I couldn't get anyone to help me and we received a second months outrageous bill. I went completely nuts and called them up going ballistic and the representative finally offered to cancel the service for me... the service i had NEVER SIGNED UP FOR, and gave me a cocky retort that I should be grateful they weren't going to charge me a high cancellation fee.
