I’m impressed with Palm Construction and Liel (Lee) Trabelsi. The project was a R & R, Remove and Replace, front staircase and upper deck. They reused the staircase Trex, along with the handrail on the staircase and upper deck, replaced the Spanish tile on the upper deck and entryway with new 1x6 Trex. Replaced all wood structure with PT lumber. Lee stated the project would be completed in 12-14 days, they finished in10!
Lee stayed in communication through the whole project. Palm Construction workers were very precise and professional. Their attention to detail was impressive. I will be using Palm Construction again for future projects!
