This company has no idea what they are doing. There workers out in the field for emery and power outs have no idea what to do. There suppose to have workers that handle outages but none of them know w to do. Don’t hire them to do your problems when it comes to utilities.

I didn't choose this company, it was chosen by the management. I gave a rating of 1 because they broke the button the water heater & couldn't put the pilot back on. I had to hire someone to fix the problem. I called the office to complaint & the phone just kept ringing, send them a text, have not heard from them.

Turning off electricity ion 96 degree day is unreasonable and and will may cause death for me and my family which includes my 10 month old puppy Edison does not turn off power on hot days unless windy I hope everyone checks reviews before ordering sevice contract with this company

Horrible business the recently turned gas off to work in mobile home park in Ontario. They went home and left people with no gas The manager laughed and said it’s not his problem it’s the parks problem. They are worthless I’d love to meet the owner or ceo
