I have no power because of construction that was supposed to finish at 2pm but now is expected to finish at 8pm and that's not certain. My food is going to spoil and no one will answer my call

1. When I login to website, there is huge “accept all cookies window” that takes half of screen. When I click on link to select which cookies I want, I don’t see any save button” and seems my selections get forgotten when next time I login. I don’t want to accept “all their cookies”, and no way to get rid of this window.
2. I opened account and the bill came promptly to pay deposit. I paid deposit. Next month new bill comes. I call pge to ask what was deposit for. The lady tells me I don’t have to pay new bill, since deposit was large enouph to cover it. I never ignored bills, and asked few times if I should ignore it. and the lady was nice to rest it few times. Then why can’t I get clean bill which tell me I owe nothing.. And so I did ignore. Now my account shows red flag with small amount that I have to pay for some reason... oh well, I have to call again.
3. We got couple very nice emails from management talking about how they care about customers during COVID ... At the same time tier 1 limit ( with lowest price per way) for my family was decreased from 15 to 9 (I rounded decimals). And this is while everyone is locked home, kids and parents, with heat wave and fires, when people can’t even open window. Can’t wait to see heavy bill with tier 2 charges... Wow!

I tried to contact PG&E this evening to alert them to a fraudulent call I received this evening stating my service would be interrupted due to nonpayment. I don't have an account number and my bay area cell number wasn't recognize since it was never attached to the account. Did I forget to mention I have lived in NV for 8 years?
