If you’re thinking about replacing a 10-year-old system, the Oxford Energy Star program is a must—highly recommend it! Dwane did an amazing job installing our water heater and Trane HVAC system, and Gavin and his crew were fantastic with the attic insulation. They took the time to explain everything clearly, including how to maintain the system to extend its lifespan. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

From initial auditing by Peter, Manual J review by Don ( really bugged him a lot with the manual J parameters) and Don with final measurements. Special shout out to Praveeta for all the help with financing and all the follow-ups. Excellent service all around!

The team of guys are professional and courteous. My project is not complete because of minor modifications and completing clean up and putting things back in place I.e rerouting plumbing properly, reinstalling trim to attic zippered hatch cover, spackling cut out holes and venting attic fans. If I could hold the final payment I would, it has always been our habit to not pay contractors completely until satisfied. The team leader comes up with the most extreme solutions to a minor plumbing routing issue.
I will give them the benefit of the doubt since they are not finished. If these issues are resolved I will consider giving a better rating.

Oxford Energy offered a Home Energy Star program which included a generous rebate from the state through PSE&G and 0 percent financing.

I had the furnace, A/C, water heater, and attic weatherization done in one day. The crews were very efficient and completed all the work within 7 hours. Aidan was the attic crew chief and Dwayne was the basement crew chief. Both explained the work their crews were doing. Dwayne was especially helpful in setting up the new app for my smart thermostat and explaining basic maintenance for the furnace, water heater and air scrubber. Kudos also to the man ( sorry I didn’t get his name) who installed my air conditioner and painstakingly cut and shaved down tree roots to make it level.

Oxford Energy has stopped by my house multiple times to get measurements and plan for updating my NJ home's furnaces, air conditioner and water boiler. The actual day of the change involves 2 teams of handymen (under a nice leader named Louie) who worked for 5-6 hours to replace all my alliances.

Note: There was minor damage to my attic during the installation process but they immediately called their manager to let him know, was transparent with me about the issue and sent over a specialist to fix it at no cost to me. I was very pleased by their speed and responsiveness!

The crew lead by Louie was very professional, courteous and got the job done ahead of time. They kept us informed and checked in if we needed anything which was very helpful. Best overall experience from the time we contacted Diane (who is extremely professional and polite) to initial consultation visit to next detail site visit by Doug and finally arrival of 2 groups of efficient crew (one set of crew for HVAC and one set for Insulation) on installation day. Both crew groups led by Justin (for Insulation) and Alex (for HVAC) were well mannered and hardworking. Alex and Justin were effectively managing their group to ensure work is completed on time and with high quality. They answered all our questions and at the end walked us through on what they did. Beautiful display of team work and customer first approach. I would highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
