Jeff Owens was incredibly helpful over the phone. I had a "humming" noise that sounded like it was coming from inside my wall. He walked me though what needed to be tested and was able to rule out any electrical issue. He did this with patience and kindly didn't laugh when I went to the gas meter! I eventually located the electric meter with his help. Who knew it would be in the same box as the circuit breakers?! Jeff deserves an A+ in dealing with someone who finds every electronic device a mystery. Will definitely use his company for future needs.

Called for advice to reset my fuse. After explaining what I have done to attempt to reset my fuse block, the advisor I spoke with seemed to know exactly where I blundered. He gave me instructions on proper reset procedure, and when I got home, I performed the steps he outline. It worked! Kudo's to Owen Electric...I would not hesitate to call them should I have I problem with electrical system in my home!

Great, timely, and efficient! I was in a panic because one of our sub-panel breakers went bad and we had relatives coming the next day. No furnace, no internet, and no refrigerator power. Jeff was at our house w/in 15 minutes of calling, and had everything fixed w/in 90 minutes.

Jeff is a total pro. He rewired my landscape lighting and moved me to recessed LED that is warm in my house. He is smart, helpful, hard working and knows his craft. He is also an excellent counselor when your power goes out on a rainy Saturday night. He called me back and gave me amazing advice to call PG&E - my house was the only house affected by the power outage, but not 100%. Anyhow, he was so helpful, calm, collected and even gave me the number to call. So beyond grateful. Recommend 100%.

My solar system quit working and I called Owen's based on feedback from his other customers. Jeff walked me through troubleshooting my system and and gave me a lot of advice over the phone. My inverter was the cause of my system failure and he got a new one for me, got it installed quickly and showed me how to set it up to monitor through an app on my phone. He also identified my panels as models implicated in a class action lawsuit and got me set up with a claim to have them all replaced at no cost. Jeff was very responsive throughout and totally up front about the costs, which were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Jeff's services.
