Horrible company. Im guessing it was the first day on a tractor for the old man with a bad attitude that didnt know how to talk to people. Non stop problems with the "engineered drip system" since the install. Will NOT answer phone. Having to use a better company to correct the inadequate, second rate, inferior job that was performed. If you like your money, spend it somewhere else. If you like your yard, use someone else.

Craig Otwell saved my home!

I have a lake house with a very tight lot when it comes to finding a place to put septic lines. After talking to a well known local "Septic Expert" who owns a long time company, we were told that the only place to put our lines was in the front yard. We reluctantly agreed, since our options were very limited. After two months of costly preparation, and frankly what seemed like stalling, this "Expert" finally came out to do the job. after tearing up about a quarter of our front yard, he stopped and told us that the soil was too rocky to proceed! When I asked what our options were, he said "sell the house!" We were devastated.

Then I called Craig. He was out to see my lot the next morning. He quickly assessed the situation and came up with a plan. He then spoke to the county to help get approval to proceed with our permit. He came out a few days later and finished the job in one day. Our system is still working perfectly. Call Craig. He is a no nonsense get it done Southern boy with fair prices. Thank you Craig for saving our home.
