I thought it was too good to be true, but here I now have solar panels and batteries as promised, with no up front out of pocket cost to me! Miseal was so patient with me through the entire process! I seem to have a problem getting responses from this company have not received reimbursement promised and my panels were installed in February 2024. Was supposed to receive tax info in December still have not received. Company phone always gives a busy signal. I left messages on line received no answers and called several times. Sales rep is also not responding. They have very poor customer services. It's like they sell you the panels and they're done. Very poor service.
