Highly recommend!! The knowledge & professionalism of the staff is exceptional. I was on hormone therapy elsewhere , & chose to switch because I was tired of being cut on every 8 weeks when getting my hormone pellets. I’ve made the switch to cream & my levels are outstanding! Additionally, I take advantage of the different wellness services & have felt a reduction in the chronic pain in my right neck, as well as an overall just optimization! Check them out!!

I love this place. The staff are really amazing. Im addicted to the compression therapy. UPDATE: the more that I come & the more services that I use I become more addicted. I don’t know what I would do if it wasn’t for the staff here. They are really amazing

WONDERFUL!! The staff is amazing, attentive and thorough. Dr Richard was also these things and answered all of my questions. He explained my hormone imbalances and helped me choose a health plan just for me that will help with my hormones, sleep and energy. Cannot recommend enough!

I am very excited to be apart of the optimize you family, I was treated in a very professional manner, I went in for hormone replacement, my labs were drawn , I was then set up with another appointment to go over my labs, all the medicine I needed will be shipped to my home address, I did not have to contact pharmacy, they did it all for me! I’m just waiting to get started to a more optimized me!

Great experience! We got to experience the sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and the Normatec equipment. The staff was very nice and professional!
