Mike showed up same day as my request and was unbelievably helpful with our faulty garage door. Offered and completed a spring replacement faster than promised and finished up with servicing the system and informing me of nuances of my set up. Knowledgable and professional. I had this company come out to fix my tension spring. They gave me a good price to fix it. The next day door wouldn't open. Cable came off roller.Tech came out fixed it but didn't turn tension as much so door heavy to lift. So I called and the next day he came out again and refuse to add a few more tension turns on the spring as it was before and said he would have to charge me if they come out to fix their mistake again. So now I'm going to have to fix what they refuse to do. I know how my door worked before spring broke. Wouldn't recommend.
