Our technical Sam did an awesome job. We had an emergency electrical situation. He came out almost right away and inspected and explained everything that was going on. Answered all our questions. On Time Plumbing service is worth every penny and the company warranty is worth it too! From first call to the plumbing service appointment, staff is so professional, efficient with time and explained details as they went. Nate and Sam were great and so professional. When we finished our basement(~300 sq ft) a couple years ago, we used existing A/C ducts but did not install a return duct. We noticed basement humidity running as high as 78% during summer months & considered adding a whole house dehumidifier. Consultation with Victor Zagorski led us to reconsider and add just a Return Duct to the basement & route directly to A/C unit in adjoining garage. Installation was neat and routing to garage A/C was minimally intrusive. Basement humidity now seems improved staying consistently around 70 - 71% and air circulation also seems somewhat improved. We're hoping humidity in fall & winter improves even more, so we can avoid the additional cost of a whole house dehumidifier. Installers were courteous & professional. We were pleased with OnTime Service on this job.

We’ve always had a good experience with various plumbers and other service pros that work for this company. Company has fantastic. Customer service when you call and are able to give great turnaround time on service calls. Nate was a new face for us, but he was a pleasure to work with. Despite his youthful appearance, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Nate did a fantastic job taking care of our underground plumbing leak.
