I'm the maintenance person at my work and this place is the only place that I was able to find in the states that had the motor I was looking for. Sent an email along with pictures of what I was looking for, received an email back saying my request is being processed. After a few more days with no response, I called the company and they told me my request was cancelled(without notice) and when he said he was going to go see why, he hung up on me. I sent another email out to their sales person with a request number and didn't hear anything. I went back into the website and sent a formal request through the actual website and still haven't heard anything back. I did call another time and was on hold for way too long before hanging up. I'd recommend anywhere else if you are trying to run an operation and need parts in a timely manner. If you're able to wait for months and deal with the run around then I'm sure this is a good company for you. For someone in a fast paced work environment and need parts fast, like I said, go anywhere else.

Wish there was the option for negative stars. Tried to buy a special battery from Onrion. Received a quotation for $409. Did some more hunting and was able to buy it for $187! Less the 1/2 the cost. Then I see the reviews here. STAY AWAY from this company

Attempted to order several parts from them. Horrible communication. They sent a quote, we wanted to make the order and then they went silent. This company is either a shell, a scam, or incompetent. Either way, we will not attempt business with them again. Feel discouraged any time I need an OEM item and they are the US 'distributor.'

unitl now the service is the worst ever. there is lack of profesionalism. i have been waiting for my parts for 7 weeks already. i hope they deliver. tried calling without success. i will wait the outcome in order to change this review and take further actions

Compleat lack of understanding our equipment is down .trying to get an answer if it's available ,time frame ect for 3 to 4 days.
I understand if parts are not available, we can re-engineer use a different part,all we need is an answer, I'll be moving on will not buy from them.
