Would not recommend doing business with this establishment. I am dumbfounded by their absolute lack of desire to make a sale. I went there to purchase a new grapple attatchment for my skid steer, everything went perfectly fine. We agreed upon pricing ect... I pulled my wallet out and handed him my credit card and he got huffy puffy with me just to proceed to tell me he was going to have to charge me another 3 percent on top of our already agreed upon price. I asked him are you serious he argued and said yes. I showed him on my phone that I can have the same attachment shipped directly to my shop from the manufacturer, the same very brand and manufacturer they purchase from, for a cheaper price than what he was now charging with his 3 percent upcharge for using my card. So to say the least the gentleman was rude arrogant and had no desire to make a sale. I absolutely decided to keep my money and spend it elsewhere with an establishment that wants to make a sale so this small mom and pop shop lost out on a $4,000 sale over a fabricated 3 percent fee solely because I wanted to use my card.

To further add to the reply from the business. You are infact wrong the pricing I showed you from my phone from the manufacturer was with all things keyed in including my card number expiration and security code. The price I showed you was the final calculated price from the manufacturer including shipping, tax, and the product. There was even an increased charge for not having a loading dock included in the pricing from the manufacturer and the item was still cheaper than you quote. Now as far as your attempt to belittle me and my intellect trying to explain the credit card processing fee, I to am a business owner I'm very aware of how that works. Most businesses will pass that processing fee to the customer on smaller amounts but not on a purchase of this value. If you recall I told you I had an EIN number verifying I'm a legit business owner. Since you would like to attempt to insult my intelligence when it comes to running a business you sir are the one who had no clue what an EIN number is and had to look it up on your computer to inquire what it was. Again my statement still stands I would not recommend any one to do business with this organization. The main staff member there is rude and not very friendly, not to mention the amount of time we were on the lot walking around looking at multiple products with out a single person coming outside to greet us. I have been to several businesses to do business buying various products that are commissioned sales or not who's product is stored outside. A good typical business practice is to address your customers when they arrive on your lot instead of completely ignoring them and wait for them to come inside. Again I would not recommend doing business here.

To further add to my case, here is the receipt for my purchase showing the price including shipping and everything coming straight to my door.

The "in-house" financing they advertise is not in-house, just some small 3rd party lender that does a hard pull without authorization, before you've even discussed a price. That's illegal, friends, and not at all how we treat our neighbors farther south.

I don't know what that response below is about. BJ was just supposed to call back and tell me how much cash to bring them, when he apparently changed his mind entirely.

I've been in sales for almost 35 years. But this was the best experience I've had . They were so amazing. Fast response to my inquiry. And then Aaron was my salesperson. We emailed back and forth several times. As a first time tractor buyer I had a lot of questions. He was very helpful and responded very fast to all my emails. When we agreed on what tractor and equipment. He had everything worked out so fast and I signed everything online. He made it so easy. When we arrived everything was ready to go and he even went out of way to ad air to my new trailer, that I had purchased somewhere else. Highly recommend this company. And Aaron, Great job, keep up the good work.i have let everyone what a great experience it has been.

I recently purchased a TYM 474 from here. Not only was it the best price out of about 15 quotes spanning several states, but Aaron, the sales person I dealt with was extremely professional. He was always prompt and answered dozens of questions I had as a first time tractor buyer. It was a great experience and I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future.

Bought a new tractor from them and didn't haggle them on the price at all. I paid their full asking price did everything over the phone. Pulled up they had the tractor waiting. A few days later I finally had time to actually use it. Started up and used it less than 2 hrs. Everything ran fine. Third time I get on it the thing won't start. I call to let them know it won't start and that I noticed they had cut the wiring harness and wired in the speakers and lights, electric taping it back so its hanging down on both sides to where its almost in the tire. They also had it zip tied but didnt even clip the tails off. The third function that they wired up had multiple pieces of wire pieced together to get to the hot post on the battery. No matter which direction you turn the switch the glow plugs heat up. So you can't use the radio or lights without the tractor running. They told me to bring the tractor in to get it fixed which I told them it wouldn't start to load. I was told it wasn't their problem the $27k tractor I just bought wouldn't start to load. Then told me I could pay them to come get it. It was two days before it would even start to get it to move. I get it back 2 hrs away to the dealership and they say the starter solenoid was overheated and just put another one on it. I told them I bought new so I wouldn't have to be making trips back and fourth I run a business and don't have time for that kinda thing. It cost me $2k to just bring it back that day having to miss a day's work. Something caused it to go bad. There is also a big gash in the wheel hub I showed them that they said was due to shipping and had nothing to do with them. If you pay 27k and don't even haggle them on price you shouldn't have to deal with these sort of things. I have zero faith in them and their willingness to stand behind their products. I was denied a refund or replacement at this point I wish I had drove further to a different TYM dealership. Don't make the same mistake I did. Find a dealership that will appreciate your business.
