We got loaded successfully and all the liftworkers were gone for the day and when we were ready to leave this old security guy who doesn't speak Spanish, came over and made us stay another 4 hour hours and rechain everything! He claimed he will reput everything securely and he messed everything up. He doesn't know how to use the forklift. Is he licensed for that? He moved each roll from one place to another, then he tried to nail wood on them and even onto my trailer!
So we had to stay and deal with his mess there until very late night! Then he told us to stay until morning and wait for the morning crew to repack everything!
The forklift crew do not pay attention to him and he tries to show his significance, but he hurts the business! Dear management please do something about this guy, he cannot just do whatever he wants and mess the loads up, and hold us at the facility just because he wants so!

They make the actual wire cables not provider of service. I had an appt with a client here. I was greeted, friendly staff. Took care of my appointment and proceeded to my next appointment.
