We stay here once a month or so as we love nearby. We love the resort and the whole property. Pool area is breathtaking overlooking the ocean. The spa is so relaxing and the staff is great! Valet is super friendly. We've stayed at the resort and the villas and I love them both! Oh and don't forget to eat at Bob's Steakhouse! Most amazing food! All in all, we wouldn't keep coming back if this place were any less than 5 stars! We're never disappointed and always wish we had booked just one more night! See you guys next month!

Everything about this hotel was great. The service was great, the food was great and the pool and nature center were great! This is a resort hotel so the understanding is things are overpriced i.e. food, shopping and bicycle rentals, and the pool is your typical get up early and save a chair otherwise you're out of luck, but as long as you know those things going in, this is a great resort. Shout out to the Nature Center, they did a wonderful job with the crab experience! This was a highlight for my family (6 year old).

Wonderful family vacation for all! This resort has everything here and we didn’t have to leave. It was nice to relax. We enjoyed the pool, beach, shark discovery and playing outdoor games with our kids. The restaurants were great, especially Seaglass where Kelli K, was a great waitress and very attentive. We truly enjoyed our whole stay and hope to come back again.

The amenities and on resort spa and restaurants are great. It’s a beautiful little town. The employees are all so helpful and friendly. The only drawback was that the rooms looked old fashioned to me and didn’t seem worth the ~$400/night price point. The ocean view was nice but the room was very mid. It didn’t look very nice inside like I was expecting.

Wonderful location and many amenities await you at this property. The staff is excellent and the food and beverage was terrific - some of the best meeting food we have every experienced.||Unfortunately, the maintenance of this property leaves MUCH to be desired. We asked to be moved from our first room because the shower was missing tiles and the room overall was rag-tag. We were then graciously upgraded to a new room. It was better, however see attached pictures. Should you find this in the room of a $500 a night hotel I think not - Additionally, while we understand it's difficult to keep things shiny and new on ocean fronts, other areas of the resort lacked the repair and maintenance attention they need. Kudos to the service staff and F&B department. As to the management in charge of repair and maintenance, Sorry.... You're Fired !!

Everything was wonderful. So many things to do without having to get the grandkids back in the car. They loved the beach and I Have to say the guys who took care of the chair service were excellent! Thank you again Sam Hahaj and your co worker for the great service. |Shopping was good. Also, the places we ate had very good food.

This place was so amazingly beautiful. Went on vacation with my family here this month and it was like a dream. We stayed at the Villas and there was easy access to the beach. The views were out of this world. The breakfast buffet was so delicious and the guy who ran the omelette station (Odin) was extremely friendly and his eggs were awesome. There were so many restaurants on site, the pool and hot tub was right next the ocean where we got fantastic frozen drinks, the bike and golf carts were awesome and I could go on and on.

Its a beautiful resort with nice pools and ocean views. It has a free shuttle to take you to the restaurants and activities. Note: although a $40 resort fee per day, all the activities have fees if look at their activity list, so its not all inclusive and the restaurants are pretty pricey. Hotel rooms are small so you might want to stay in villas for a bit more. The Flora Belle breakfast buffet is worth the cost. Theres also quick serve at the lobby bar with delicious smoothies. The hotel is on opposite end of Island from downtown. If its your first time on Island I recommend staying close to downtown as more food and sightseeing options. If just want to stay at hotel and enjoy on-site activities its great for that.
