Terrible Experience – Unprofessional and Dishonest

We hired this company specifically because they claimed to have a roll-off dumpster truck that could access tight spaces. This was confirmed and discussed before delivery day. Instead, they showed up with a trailer pull that clearly wouldn’t fit the job site which is exactly what we were trying to avoid.

When I asked where the roll-off truck was, they told me it was broken. They knew it was broken the day before but never bothered to inform us. Instead, they showed up anyway with equipment that couldn’t be used, completely wasting our time and holding up our project.

Now they’re refusing to issue a full refund and claiming that because they “came to the site,” they deserve to keep part of the payment. No accountability. No professionalism. And now they won’t even answer the phone.

We’re filing a formal dispute and reporting this business. Save yourself the headache and work with a company that communicates honestly and delivers what they promise.
