I would like to start with how I first met Scott and Bruce. It was a freezing cold day in Neosho, MO when I heard my door bell and when I opened the door to speak to the two individuals, my small dog ran out the door and took off for the neighbors yard. Scott and Bruce sprang into action chasing my dog and finally after a few minutes he was rescued and safely in my arms. I was extremely grateful.
Scott told me why they were in my neighborhood, after Meeting with them later that evening I was convinced that solar was the way to go. Scott has been very supportive all along the way and today is installation day. I’m so very pleased with everything If you’re thinking about solar and you don’t consider NRG/ Titan you’re making a mistake!

I decided to move forward with Scott and NRG after he took the time to really evaluate my needs in system design and financing. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I initially reached him with questions after another company misrepresented the tax credits and the entire financial end of the deal. They had even misrepresented how much power my system would produce. Scott fixed all of these things. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you are considering Solar. Thank God For Scott

Mailes Tree Service completed a job for NRG Consultants in May 2022 for a job in Neosho MO. We reached out to Scott, he confirmed that the invoice was received. However, no payment was ever sent. Scott is now unresponsive. Reached out to the company, they state this is representative's responsibility to send payment. They would reach out to Scott. Once again, unresponsive. We have yet to be paid for the job.

Best experience!!! Was referred a Tesla charger and I am really impressed. Great customer service... Scott was super good in keeping us up to date and communicating with us. Installers were fast and really professional.
