Online experience was great, access to our unit was simple. This was good. We rented from April 2019-August 2019. Unfortunately EVERYTHING that was on the bottom of our storage unit was MOLDED. Everything on top above that was just fine. This led us to believe our stuff had retained moisture from the concrete floor. Buy insurance if it is offered to you. We lost all of our furniture due to mold. Also, found a variety of spiders in our furniture as we moved it out. We only had our things for 5 months. I don’t think this is intentional from the owners but beware, regardless. They told us they are not responsible for damage- which is understandable- it is in the contract. We felt misled by the website. They are not climate controlled. We had a quick move and needed a unit fast, It was our first time putting things in storage, next time we will take our time to read the fine print, find one that is climate controlled, and still use plastic to wrap our furniture. We are out $1000s of dollars. Not worth the risk.
