My furnace was acting up day after Thanksgiving! Left a message, and young man arrived next a.m. Checked everything out and verified that there was no major issue. Said he would not bill me for a few days until we were sure it did not act up again! Great relief to me. Love NAZair! Update: finally determined I needed a new circuit board. Travis did a temporary solder and left me a space heater for a few days till new board arrived. He quickly installed it, replaced my filter and gave me some tips for efficiency. Total charge was very reasonable--with a discount for 80th birthday! Great service from Hayley and Travis at NAZair!!!!!

I had an electric thermostat installed in my home by another company, and was told this would enable my heat strips to work, which they did not. A technician from that company then returned to my house and told me the reason it wasn't working was because my heat strips were too small, and that I needed a larger size. When they tried to order them however I was told it would cost about $1,000 and would take 8 to 10 weeks for arrival due to a back order. I was told that they were actually being custom made, and as a result the quality couldn't be guaranteed. Although I have a 2017 unit which is in very good condition, I was advised to get a new one for $7,000.

At this point I called NAZ Heating and Air, and requested Tracy, who had been recommended to me. Within a matter of minutes of him inspecting the thermostat, he detected the problem, which was the absence of a teeny little jumper wire, which should have been placed when my new thermostat was installed. He therefore installed it for me, which also took only minutes....and with this, my heat strips worked AND didn't need to be a larger size! Tracy also inspected my unit and found no other problems. Tracy was amazing, so very knowledgeable and also gave me great tips on saving money on heating. For the cost of a standard service call, he saved me $7,000. I would highly, highly recommend this company!

My Air conditioner quit making cold air 7/6/24 in the afternoon, I call NAZ Air 7/7/24 at 8:30am, and by 2:30pm there was a technician named Tracy there to fix my unit. He replaced a bad capacitor and checked the rest of my system while he was here. I am very happy with the fast response and the work that was done. I highly recommend this company.

Our air conditioner was not working and it was 87 degrees inside our house. Friends from our church recommended them. We contacted NAZAIR and Travis provided prompt service. What a relief to have cool air! Travis was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and solved our problem. He replaced the wiring that was fried inside the air conditioner. We are grateful that he fixed our problem and highly recommend his service!!

These guys are GREAT! I was frantically gathering quotes for new AC units for my duplex after one corporation came out and told me all kinds of scary stuff was going on with one of the units.
